Out of pocket expenses following the total loss of your vehicle

• Incidental expenses: travel, accommodation, car hire, taxis, phone calls and more.

• Personal items: laptops, tablets, phones, sunglasses, baby seats, clothing, sporting equipment and more.

• Cover up to $5,000
• Invoices/receipts for proof of expenses may be required.
• Protect you up to 5 years.

Vehicle replacement benefits

Where your comprehensive vehicle insurer replaces your vehicle (instead of paying you the agreed or market value of your vehicle), we will pay you up to $2,000 to cover incurred costs for accommodation, travel expenses, hire car, etc.

Your insurance cover will continue in respect of the replacement vehicle. The benefit will be limited to the difference between the $5,000 policy benefit you have and the benefit you received following delivery of a replacement vehicle.

No excess

No excess is applicable on claims.  
Cooling-off period If circumstances change or if you change your mind, you can cancel your insurance within the first 21 days and receive a full refund, provided no claims have been made.  
Cancellation policy

On cancellation after the cooling off period, Eric will provide you with a refund for the unused portion of the premium, less the cancellation fee.

A refund of premium balance, less a cancellation fee of $50.
