Face to Face appointments with Selectus team members

A visit from a Selectus team member will only go ahead if specifically requested by your employer. As different organisations have different visitor protocols and these are changing frequently, we may need to cancel a pre-arranged meeting. We will always let you know if this happens.

If you had arranged a face to face appointment with a member of the Client Services team as part of an upcoming scheduled site visit and this is cancelled, you will be contacted direct to arrange a telephone appointment instead.

We have introduced measures to ensure the support we provide to you continues including:

  • More telephone appointments available
  • Working from home arrangements for all staff in key roles to ensure no interruptions to payments
  • Rearranged working practices to ensure all Selectus team members can adhere to social distancing protocols
  • All non-critical work-related travel has been cancelled to reduce the risk of exposure of team members
